More Snow and Kids {utah children photographer}

I am beginning to wonder if we will ever see the ground again. I love the snow and the moisture, but about this time every year I start to get weary of it. However I have enjoyed all my family sessions in the snow. These kids were so cute and such great troopers in the cold and snow.

Last week a group of us who attended a photographer workshop together went and did a photo shoot. I was lucky that two cute sisters I know offered to come along in the cold and model for the photogs. Here is some of miss "S" - more to come of her sister. Oh and here is a peek at my new logo and business name. Tell me what you think? (ok ignore that my logo is partly cutoff, I saved the image as to big) Hopefully the new blog will be up sometime next week!

Thorn Family- Utah Family Photographer

I did these photos about a month ago. Thanks for being willing to wait patiently for your photos. We had a great time playing around in the leaves, I think I was more covered in leaves after this shoot than even the one year old. Fun times!

Cute Sis and Hubby!

My sister and her husband (and all his cousins :) came to visit over Thanksgiving. Naturally it was a chance to do a photo shoot. Here is her xmas card I did, and I have learned some new photoshop techniques to make those colors pop! what do you think?

Talented Teens

These are two talented teens from a very talented mom. "B" wanted photos in her irish dance uniform. "G" is a great guitar player and has an awesome red electric guitar. They braved the cold and were up to hiking around to different locations. Great shoot and great kids!

Urban boy

On Saturday I attempted the impossible- trying to get photos of all of the boys together in one photo for our Christmas card- not sure if I got one. But I did get some cute ones of the boys by themselves. My photog friend Jess came along and we took some of her kids as well. I will post more later. I love collaberating with other photographers- there are so many great ones in Utah! Here are a couple of 5 year old M, he totally cheeses up for my camera. Love the urban style.

A little while ago a fellow photog and friend Bev, www.bevrobison.blogspot.com , invited me to do a photo session of her brother's family with her. This family was great. We also did photos of her mom and her aunt. They had so much funk and were up for anything, so much fun! Thanks Bev!
